when puente hills landfill will close?

It was suppose to have closed in 2003, bu it was extended to this year, now the government is thinking to postpone it again til 2018 instead. Nearby citizens are complaining and want it to be close by this fall. Who knows it may close this fall or stay open fo ranother five years.
